3 things I don't do anymore...
I'm not distracted
I don't bother watching tv shows anymore I don't see the point, I just get distracted and it wastes so much of my time.
I even reduced the time I spend on social media. I feel so much more positive and focused now.
It's a great feeling, I'm finally doing things that truly make me feel good.
I'm not negative
I don't feel or act negative anymore, there's honestly no point.
I never realised how much better I can think and how much more I can learn by consistently being positive.
Since remaining positive everything seems to eventually work out fine too. I've never felt happier!
I'm not doubting myself
I stopped doubting myself. Life is so much better not having to second guess things anymore.
When I want to do something I believe I can do it and I always seem to find a way!
Turns out I was restricting myself all along. I'm actually a lot more capable than what I thought.
