Here's a snippet of my story and cause behind #TheHEALER :)
Hmmm, I'm super interested to share my story about health with you!! okay, so when i was going through my bender days, i literally ate fast food for 6 months straight... how did i feel? pretty good at the time.
i felt fine because my body literally adapted to consuming shitty food and drinks, so it felt 'normal' to me... although when i look back now, i can see how my downwards spiral started off with the stuff i put inside my body; it's unavoidable, and unhealthy food brought me to an unhealthy mindset, which navigated towards bad decisions... even when i thought they were good decisions at the time.
I fell asleep at the wheel of my car at 80km/h and hit a tree on my dads birthday, yep! that was my turning point and from then on i started to become more mindful of what goes inside my body... no more shitty food.
I started eating and drinking healthier alternatives and my mindset completely changed... my mind felt great, my body felt great and my decisions were starting to bring light into my life.
My cause behind #Thehealer is to bring together healthy herbal consumables which inspire a strong, healthy & happy life filled with healthy decisions.
