Stop recalling unnecessary thoughts over and over in your head, It becomes self destructive.
Stop going over things you've learned... they have already been learned.
Stop defaulting back to your procrastination self.
Progress your thoughts...
Think about what you're going to do next.
And do it.
Think about your long term goals.
And work towards them.
It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you keep moving forward.
Momentum is everything, your mind is your car and the only way to reach your destination is to keep moving forward.
Once you're moving forward stop defaulting back to unproductive thoughts.
Because when the car stops, it takes some time to start accelerating again.
