Here's a snippet of my story and cause behind #Theprotector :)
the first time i was face to face with a sound healing instrument was at my friends house (brooke); it was a beautiful tibetan singing bowl which i found fascinating.
Brooke made the bowl sing and put it up to my ears while i closed my eyes and floated away with the sound... in that moment i instantly gained a deep appreciation for sound healing, as the harmonic tune calmed my mind more than anything i had experienced before.
from that day, every time i went to brooke's house i would go to her singing bowl and give it a whirl!! i felt so connected with it as i gained an undiscovered feeling of control with the vibration it emitted.
Soon after that experience, i got my very own tibetan singing bowl which i've been using for meditation, clearing space & healing after a long day (to say the least); it has always managed to bring me back in tune with myself.
while I currently use my bowl for a variety of different things, the fascinating part about my sound healing experience is the practical understanding i have gained about my own frequency since having a device which emits its own frequency.
the ability to hold and express my own vibe-ration while flowing with the vibration around me has been uncovered through my sound healing experience.
